Frequently Asked Questions

The maximum occupancy for our rental is 14 guests. There are 6 BRs and 3.5 Baths with formal dining for 12 plus a breakfast area off the kitchen which has a view of the lake.

The 6 BR split level house has 4 BR's on the 4th level, one BR on the 3rd level and one BR on the ground floor.

Level 4: 2K BR's, 1Q BR, & 1F BR share a full bath with tub. Q and F have a view of the lake.

Level 3: The owner's suite has 2Q beds, a trundle daybed, full bath with tub, and a deck.

Level 2: Kitchen, Living & Dining Rooms, powder room, laundry room, and covered deck.

Level 1: Family Room, BR on ground level with 2 Twin and a Full Bath with curb-less shower. 

Guests who have difficulty with stairs enjoy using the Level 1 entrance, BR/bath, family room with fireplace, and walkout patio which has a view of the lake. Access to the kitchen, dining room, living room, and deck requires using steps.

Hanging garments for guests in the Level 4 Q BR and the Level 3 Owner's suite can be stored on the coat racks provided in these rooms. The closets for these two BR's are where we store supplies and keep clean linens fresh. They are not available for guest use. Guests in the Level 4 Q BR can also use the hallway closet just outside their room. The remaining four BR's have ample closet space. 

The unfinished basement and the garage are not available. 

Yes, we have free onsite parking available for guests with plenty of room for cars and boats. Heavy vehicles are restricted to the area near the barn.

Heating and A/C, Full kitchen including small appliances and essentials (plates, utensils, pots/pans etc), Starter Kitchen Essentials (dish soap paper towels sponge etc), Full laundry, Cleaning products, Starter toiletries (toilet paper soap shampoo etc.), Hair dryer, 4 dedicated workspaces for laptops, Room-darkening shades, Portable fans, 4 TVs with Rokus, Fast Internet, WiFi, Security, Alarm, Smoke Detector, Carbon Monoxide Detector First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher.

Wet bar with 2nd refrigerator, Game table, Fooseball table, board games and puzzles, bumper pool/card table, piano, outdoor firepit, outdoor pingpong, disc golf, lakeview gazebo and covered deck. The horses ask that you please keep to your side of the fence. They cannot be ridden.
