Frequently Asked Questions

The maximum occupancy for our rental is 14 guests. There are 6 BRs and 4.5 Baths with formal dining for 12 plus a breakfast area off the kitchen which has a view of the lake.

The 6 BR split level house has 4 BR's on the 4th level, one BR on the 3rd level and one BR on the ground floor.

Level 4: 2K BR's with en-suite Jack and Jill, 1Q BR, & 1F BR share a full hallway bath with tub. Q and F have a view of the lake.

Level 3: The primary bedroom has 2Q beds, a trundle daybed, balcony, and full en-suite with soaker tub and water closet.

Level 2: Kitchen, Living & Dining Rooms, powder room, laundry room, and covered deck.

Level 1: Family Room, BR on ground level with 2 Twin and a Full Bath with curb-less shower. 

Guests who have difficulty with stairs enjoy using the Level 1 entrance, BR/bath, family room with fireplace, and walkout patio which has a view of the lake. Access to the kitchen, dining room, living room, and deck requires using steps.

Hanging garments for guests in the Level 3 Owner's suite can be stored on the coat racks provided in this rooms. The closet for this bedroom is where we store supplies and keep clean linens fresh and is not available for guest use. 

The garage are not available. The unfinished basement is accessible as a storm shelter. 

Yes, we have free onsite parking available for guests with plenty of room for cars and boats. Heavy vehicles are restricted to the area near the barn.

Heating and A/C, Fully stocked kitchen including small appliances and essentials (plates, utensils, pots/pans etc), starter kitchen essentials (dish soap paper towels sponge etc), full laundry, cleaning products, starter toiletries (toilet paper soap shampoo etc.), hair dryer, 2 dedicated workspaces for laptops, room-darkening or blackout shades and ceiling fans in all bedrooms, 3 TVs with Rokus, high-speed Internet, security, alarm, smoke detector, first aid kit, fire blankets.

Wet bar with 2nd refrigerator, game table, foosball table, board games and puzzles, bumper pool/card table, piano, outdoor fire pit, outdoor pingpong, disc golf, lakeview gazebo, playground, and covered deck. The horses ask that you please keep to your side of the fence. They cannot be ridden.
